Gavin is a content creator and food policy consultant, helping people and organisations learn about our global food system. Every month his food policy videos and food waste challenges reach millions on social media, showing people where their food comes from, how to be more healthy and sustainable. He’s written about food policy in national titles and worked with organisations across Europe including the European Commission and WWF, on sustainable food systems projects via his consultancy Wren&Co. Previously he worked as a food photographer for SMEs and titles including National Geographic Traveller. He's spoken on TV, radio and podcasts in the UK and US, and has been featured in the press as far afield as Mexico, Japan and Kazakhstan.
