Cancellation and Returns

Here at Hip Pop, we want to keep you happy and within the fizzy family as much as possible so please do note the following:

  • Because our drinks are considered foodstuffs, any order that has already been placed and processed cannot be cancelled, returned nor refunded. 
  • You can cancel your annual Subscription by managing this through your account online or emailing us at hello@drinkhippop.com and requesting a cancellation. For more details, refer to "Unsubscribing" section below.
  • If your current monthly Subscription order has been processed already, this particular one cannot be cancelled, returned nor refunded and you will receive it and be charged as normal.  For more details, refer to "Unsubscribing" section below.

Replacement

If you receive the wrong drinks by mistake, this is on us and we’ll replace them for you!  Ooops, sorry about that!

We want you to enjoy perfect drinks every time! If your drinks arrive damaged or sub-standard in any way, please email us at hello@drinkhippop.com with a photo of the underside of the can and accompanying comments and we’ll treat these issues on a case by case basis.  Once we determine that your issue is valid we will either send a replacement of the affected units or if you clearly state that you prefer to instead receive a refund, we can do that for you as well. Unsubscribing

Monthly Subscription Plan - cancellation can be done anytime. Please note that if you cancel on or after the day your scheduled order is processed, cancellation will be applied on the next delivery date.

Quarterly or Annual Subscription Plans - Our quarterly and annual subscriptions are considered pre-paid orders (three orders for quarterly and twelve orders for annual) which is why we offer our drinks at a highly discounted price. Cancellation of a quarterly or annual subscription will take only effect after all remaining prepaid orders have been completed. It is not possible to get a refund on one of our prepaid subscriptions while the subscription period is still active. However, you can cancel the future payment at any time.
