The kitchen
It all started in Emma's kitchen: small-batch kombucha recipes, real fruit, live cultures, crafted for gut health and great taste.

The farm
We grew on a Cheshire farm, where ideas fermented, fizz flowed, and Hip Pop’s challenger spirit was born.

The arches
Underneath the Manchester’s arches became home, scaling up while staying true to our roots: independent, hands-on, grafting.
