It started with a gut feeling.

Emma spent years reading the back of every can in the shop and putting most of them straight back. Everything fizzy was loaded with sugar, and everything that was not tasted like a compromise.

So she and Kenny started brewing kombucha at home in Manchester until they had something they would actually reach for. Eleven flavours later, that is still the only test anything has to pass.
