The offer

1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Hip Pop Drinks Ltd. and TOFO reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

2. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Hip Pop Drinks Ltd., TOFO UK, their respective affiliated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the closing date.

4. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @drink.hip.pop account within 5 days of the giveaway closing. The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Hip Pop Drinks Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   
   
5. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to a UK postal address provided by the winner.
