Win a campervan trip and a year of Hip Pop

This giveaway is run jointly by:

• Hip Pop - [Hip Pop full registered company name], 18 Lower Byrom Street, Manchester, M3 4AP
• Roadsurfer - [Roadsurfer full legal entity name], [Roadsurfer registered address]

Together referred to as "the Promoters". Each Promoter is an independent data controller for the entry data it holds.

2.1 Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Employees of either Promoter, their immediate families, their agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with this giveaway cannot enter.

2.3 The Promoters may ask for proof of age, identity and UK residency before releasing the prize.

3.1 The giveaway opens on [OPEN DATE] and closes at 23:59 UK time on [CLOSING DATE].

3.2 Entries received outside that period will not be counted, however they were submitted.

4.1 Enter at https://drinkhippop.com/pages/roadsurfer-giveaway by providing your first name and a valid email address. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.

4.2 By entering you agree that:

• you are subscribing to Hip Pop's email marketing, in line with the Hip Pop Privacy Policy; and
• your first name and email address will be shared with Roadsurfer, who will use them for their own marketing in line with their privacy policy at [Roadsurfer privacy policy URL].

4.3 You can unsubscribe from either Promoter at any time, independently of the other. Unsubscribing does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.

4.4 One entry per email address. Entries made in bulk, by automated means, by a third party on your behalf, or by any entry service will be disqualified.

4.5 Entries become the property of the Promoters on receipt and will not be returned.

5.1 There is one winner, who receives both of the following.

a) A £500 Roadsurfer voucher

• Redeemable against Roadsurfer campervan hire only.
• Subject to Roadsurfer's own booking and hire terms, including their minimum driver age and driving licence requirements: [insert Roadsurfer minimum driver age and driving licence wording].
• Must be redeemed by [VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE].
• Subject to vehicle availability and Roadsurfer's booking calendar. Specific dates, locations or vehicles are not guaranteed.
• The winner is responsible for any cost above the voucher value, and for insurance excess, fuel, tolls, pitch fees and any other cost of the trip.
• The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold or transferred.

b) A year's supply of Hip Pop

• 24 cans of Hip Pop per month for 12 months, being 288 cans in total, in a flavour of the winner's choice.
• Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries stop automatically after 12 months.
• Flavour choice is subject to availability. If a flavour is discontinued during the 12 months, the Promoters will offer the closest available alternative.
• CBD Kombucha can be chosen only by winners aged 18 or over and is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

5.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product, and no part of it is transferable.

5.3 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any part of the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside their control make it necessary.

6.1 One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 5 working days of the closing date, by an independent person or by a randomising process.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email to the address they entered with, within 7 days of the draw.

6.3 The winner must respond within 14 days of that email to claim. If they do not respond, cannot be contacted, cannot meet the eligibility conditions, or decline the prize, the Promoters may withdraw it and draw an alternative winner.

6.4 The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5 The surname and county of the winner will be available on request for one month after the closing date. Write to Hip Pop at the address in clause 1.

7.1 The winner may be asked to take part in reasonable promotional activity by either Promoter, but taking part is not a condition of receiving the prize.

7.2 Nothing will be published beyond surname and county without the winner's consent.

8.1 The personal data you provide when you enter, being your first name and email address, is held and used by Hip Pop and by Roadsurfer. Each acts as an independent data controller.

8.2 Both Promoters use it to administer this giveaway and to send marketing about their own products and services, on the basis of the consent you give when you enter.

8.3 Hip Pop will share entry data with Roadsurfer once, after the closing date. Roadsurfer will share the entry data they hold with Hip Pop on the same basis.

8.4 Each Promoter handles the data it holds in line with its own privacy policy, linked in clause 4.

8.5 You can withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or ask either Promoter to delete your data at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting them directly. Withdrawing consent after the closing date does not remove an entry already made.

8.6 Hip Pop retains entry data for 24 months from the closing date unless asked to remove it sooner.

9.1 The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend this giveaway, or these terms, at any time and without notice, where it is necessary to do so.

9.2 Entering means you accept these terms and conditions.

9.3 The Promoters are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or not received, or for any technical fault, network failure or website outage that prevents entry.

9.4 The Promoters are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the giveaway or the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9.5 The Promoters may disqualify any entrant they reasonably believe has breached these terms or acted fraudulently.

9.6 This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform on which it is advertised.

9.7 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
