Hip Pop Trafford Centre £500 Voucher Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Insightful Brands Ltd. T/A Hip Pop Drinks Ltd.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over

  • Employees of Hip Pop and their immediate families are excluded

  • Internet access and an Instagram account are required

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 01/02/26 and closes on 01/03/26
Entries submitted outside of this date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Purchase a Boots Meal Deal with one can of Hip Pop as the drink

    • Any Hip Pop flavour is permitted

    • No other drink may be substituted

  2. Take a clear photo of the receipt showing:

    • The Boots store location at Trafford Centre, Manchester

    • Date and time of purchase

    • The Meal Deal purchase

    • A can of Hip Pop included

  3. Send the photo of the receipt via Instagram direct message to @drink.hip.pop and follow the account

Entries that do not meet all steps above will be deemed invalid.

5. Multiple Entries

  • Participants may enter as many times as they wish during the competition period

  • Each entry must be supported by evidence of a separate and unique purchase

  • Duplicate or reused receipts will not be accepted

6. Prize

  • One winner will receive one £500 Trafford Centre voucher

  • The voucher is subject to the Trafford Centre’s own terms and conditions

  • No cash alternative or substitution is available

7. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected by a random draw by Hip Pop at its sole discretion from all valid entries

  • Hip Pop reserves the right to select any winner that meets the entry criteria

8. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @drink.hip.pop

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of first contact, Hip Pop reserves the right to draw an alternative winner

9. Non-Affiliation

  • Boots is not providing the prize

  • Boots has no involvement in the competition beyond the sale of the Meal Deal and drink

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram

10. Receipt Validity

  • Receipts must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible

  • Hip Pop reserves the right to request additional verification if required

  • Any attempt to falsify or manipulate entries will result in disqualification

11. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfil the prize

12. Limitation of Liability

Hip Pop accepts no responsibility for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or unreadable entries

  • Technical issues affecting Instagram or message delivery

  • Purchases made incorrectly or at the wrong store location

13. Right to Amend

Hip Pop reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where reasonably necessary.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
