1. Who runs it
This promotion is run by Hip Pop Drinks Ltd ("Hip Pop", "we", "us").

2. Promotional period
The promotion opens on 23 June 2026 at 5:00pm (GMT) and closes when all 150 bucket hats have been claimed. We will remove the offer from the website once stock is exhausted.

3. How to claim
To claim your free bucket hat:
- Place an order at drinkhippop.com during the promotional period.
- Select the free bucket hat option at checkout before completing your order.
- The hat cannot be claimed after an order has been placed.
- One free bucket hat per order. One per customer.

4. Who can claim
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Available on direct orders placed at drinkhippop.com only. Not available via third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers.
- Not valid in conjunction with the 12 Cans for £12 offer.

5. The hat
- One size. One colourway. No alternatives, substitutions, or exchanges.
- No cash equivalent.
- The bucket hat will be dispatched with your order.

6. Stock limit
Only 150 bucket hats are available in total. This promotion ends automatically once all 150 have been claimed. We cannot guarantee availability at any point during the promotion.

7. Delivery
The hat is shipped with your order at no extra cost. Standard delivery timescales apply. Hip Pop is not liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers.

8. General
- Hip Pop reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice, where circumstances make this necessary.
- Hip Pop's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.
- This promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
