How did Hip Pop come about?

Hip Pop was founded on the simple idea that great-tasting drinks can support gut health. After learning to brew kombucha in the US, Emma shared a batch with Kenny, who had long struggled with IBS. Noticing a real difference, they began brewing in a garage and selling at local farmers' markets. The rest is history.

Are Kombucha & Soda different?

Kombucha is a naturally fermented tea that’s fizzy, tangy, slightly sweet, and a little sour.

Our naturally refreshing sodas, on the other hand, are made with the same live cultures as our kombucha but have a lighter, more familiar soda taste.

They’re slightly lower in sugar and calories, making both ranges a great alternative to regular soft drinks—without compromising on flavour.
