Hip Pop® is a multi-award-winning consumer brand with a super loyal audience of raving fans. As our in-house videographer, you will be responsible for planning and creating video content across our suite of channels which will include Social Channels, Youtube, E-commerce and also working with the B2B sales team.

Based out of the uber-cool Diecast Development in Manchester, Hip Pop is redefining the functional drinks landscape by craft brewing mind-blowingly tasty gut health drinks.

The Role: Be "The Driver" of Video and be Full of Creative Ideas!

As our Videographer, you will report to our Marketing Manager and be responsible for:

• • ● Planning, producing and editing head-turning, engaging video content
    ● Developing and implementing the video content plan across all channels
    ● Keeping up to date with industry trends, executing best practices and new initiatives to grow Hip Pop's video reach
    ● Analysing and reporting on performance, recommending and implementing solutions to drive optimisation and engagement
    ● Conducting regular research and keeping up to date with trends, feeding back opportunities and learnings to the marketing team
    ● Ensure the brand's tone of voice and best practices are reflected in all video content
    ● Lead with the company’s newly adopted exciting outbound marketing strategy, own the management of this and drive the strategy
    ● Be flexible in where you are able to work/shoot, whether that’s in the Manchester office, at the Brewery in Altrincham, or with a local stockist

You: A Passionate, Curious, and Innovative Videographer & Editor!

We have a lovely supportive team here to help you, but this isn't a passive role where you rely on direction from others. You need to be "THE DRIVER" of video and full of creative ideas.

Essential:

• • ● Proficient at storyboarding, scripting and concepting
    ● Proven experience delivering high-end videos
    ● Commercial experience executing creative video campaigns that stand out and cut through the noise
    ● An eye for exciting video content and catchy copywriting
    ● Understand the basics of social media platforms and content promotion on them, to be able to support with content creation for socials
    ● Excellent communication skills
    ● Understand the fundamentals of branding to help develop the company's video guideless, in line with branding
    ● Being very detail oriented and focusing on the highest level of output possible
    ● The ability to keep up with the latest trends on video content and apply them according to the developed content strategy
    ● The hunger to take the companies video output to the next level
    

Nice to have (but not essential):

• • ● Experience in FMCG or branded goods is a bonus
    ● Experience working for an e-commerce brand
    ● B2B experience
    ● Graphic design skills
    ● Adobe Suite Experience, or other editing software
    ● Journalism background
    ● Experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms
