Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has quality issues, is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any replacement/refund question at email@example.com.
Since our product is classified as food and drinks we normally do not ask them to be returned (i.e. unless the items are of significant quantity). We may however depending on the issue, ask for photo/s to be provided for documentation. Once we determine that your issue is valid we will either send a replacement of the affected units (i.e. bottles) or if you clearly state that you prefer to instead recieve a refund, we can do that for you as well on a per-affected unit basis.
Refunds for one time purchases
After you contact us about your issue, and state that you prefer a refund, we will respond back and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Monthly Plan - cancellation can be done anytime, please note that if you cancel on the day of your scheduled delivery, cancellation will be applied on the succeeding delivery dates.
Quarterly or Annual Plan - Our quarterly and annual subscriptions are considered pre-paid orders (3 orders for quarterly and 12 orders for annual) which is why we offer our Kombucha at a highly discounted price. Cancellation of a quarterly or annual subscription will take only effect after all remaining prepaid orders have been completed.
