As the Office Manager, you will report to our General Manager and be responsible for:

- ● Managing our office and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
● Supporting our sales, marketing, and customer service teams on the admin side, including managing our CRM system and handling customer inquiries
● Coordinating travel, logistics, and other administrative tasks as required
● Developing and maintaining filing and record-keeping systems
● Liaising with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors as needed
● Assisting with ad-hoc projects and events as required

We have a lovely supportive team here to help you, but this isn't a passive role where you rely on direction from others. You need to be a driving force behind our admin support and a key part of our growing team!
Essential:

- ● Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
● Excellent organisational and time-management skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
